What Happens at Circle?

Circle is a safe haven where intention, breath, meditation, and sharing intertwine to create a grounded and intimate experience.

Our gatherings are guided by a set of codes that ensure the safety of our circle:

​Confidentiality is paramount within our circle. Anything shared by another person remains within the sacred space we create together. Building trust and maintaining a safe environment allows for vulnerability and deep sharing to flourish.

Non-judgement is at the heart of our circle. We invite you to practice self-acceptance and acceptance of others, embracing diverse perspectives as we come together in unity.

Deep listening is a gift we offer one another. When a sister shares their truth, listen from your heart. Instead of focusing on what you will say next, listen deeply to her words. Be curious about what will come up for you when it’s your turn to speak.

Vulnerable sharing means your voice matters here. This is your moment to expressly freely and be received. There is no commenting or replying to another person's share. Each voice holds its own unique power and deserves space for expression.
